Obama Promises to Label GMOs

Okay so I found this video pretty gnarly!! It's only a minute but what I found interesting is how they emphasize "whats in our food." In addition this was in 2007 which brings top the question, why hasn't the president responded to the people??!!! So what is  in our food  President Obama? Is he in it with the FDA? We're in 2012, why is it taking so long for president obama to respond to the people? Why can't he reveal what is exactly in our food? I know as a president he has many obligations but taking care of something that has triggered so many diseases, should be one of his priorities!
