Carbon Monoxide Gas

When you walk over to the meat section at the grocery store, you assume that the meat that is put out for the customers is fresh. Unfortunately it is not all fresh; they put Carbon Monoxide Gas on the meat so that the meat can have that fresh red color when it goes out to the markets. The lab did some tests to see what happens with the Carbon Monoxide Gas meat and the non-treatened meat looks like the non-treatened meat goes bad after 27 hours.
